Period of time is a book of poems by Francisco Díaz Velázquez. Published by the Editorial Libros de la Herida in 2019, is part of the collection Poetry in Resistance in which each book has the participation of an artist for the illustration that appears on the cover.

In this case, they counted on me and I made a mixed media illustration mixing drawing and collage for this hourglass that metaphorically contains space and time. I also made a variation of the same image for the colophon of the book in which it is expressed that time and space have passed and changed after reading the book of poems.
